Refunds & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Phenomune.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
Subject to the return/refund conditions specified below, you are entitled to a full refund provided your order is canceled within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason for doing so.
If it has been more than 14 days but less than 30 days since purchase, you are eligible for a full refund less $10 USD per Taste Test Kit to cover applicable processing fees, subject to the return/refund conditions specified below.
Orders older than 30 days are not eligible for refund.
To request a refund, please contact our Customer Service Team at orders@phenomune.com. Please be sure to provide your order number for a prompt response.
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we process your refund or receive the returned Taste Test Kit, whichever comes first. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order when processing your refund, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement, other than those mentioned above.
Cancellation Terms While the Phenomune Testing Portal is Under Maintenance
If you have purchased a Phenomune Taste Test Kit in the past, and have not used the Taste Test Kit to take a test, you are entitled to a full refund provided the Testing Portal is under maintenance and not accessible.
If you have purchased multiple Phenomune Taste Test Kits in the past, and have one or more remaining unused Taste Test Kit(s), you are entitled to a partial refund for the Taste Test Kits that remain unused provided the Testing Portal is under maintenance and not accessible.
To request a refund, please contact our Customer Service Team at xxxxxx@phenomune.com. Please be sure to provide your order number and Kit ID if possible for a prompt response.
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we process your refund. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order when processing your refund, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns/Refunds
To qualify for a return/refund, please make sure that:
- The Taste Test Kit was purchased in the last 30 days
- The Taste Test Kit is in the original packaging
- The Taste Test Kit is not used or damaged
If you purchased multiple Taste Test Kits and are no longer interested in using one or more of them, we will happily provide partial refunds that meet the guidelines described above.
We reserve the right to refuse returns/refunds of any Taste Test Kit that does not meet the above conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Phenomune Taste Test Kits
Once a return has been approved, a member of the Customer Service Team will provide you with a return address.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning Taste Test Kits to us. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a Taste Test Kit, please contact us. Please note that we only replace Taste Test Kits that were delivered defective or damaged.
Gifts
If the Taste Test Kit was marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return/refund. Upon final approval (subject to the above return/refund conditions), a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the Taste Test Kit wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
